How to


 Returns and Policies
It is your responsibility to order the right size product for your fence.
(Go to our "How To" measure page for instructions)
We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.
All  material shipped UPS ground 3-4 day unless otherwise specified.
Some larger orders may be shipped on semi truck and trailer .
You Need to help unload if it is shipped on a semi.
    Upon Arrival:
Inspect each box or bag for damage at time of delivery.
It is common for a box or bag to be torn. Look INSIDE at the product.
Make sure the product is not damaged.
Have the delivery driver make a note on their paperwork.
Make sure you have the right amount of boxes or bags.
In the event your product arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Damaged or shortage of materials must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of order. No damage claims will be allowed 7 days after receipt of order.
   All  returns must be Called in within 2 working days of receiving  your order and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied.
Shipping is non-refundable)
 You are responsible for the shipping on a returned product.
3',7',8',10', 12' heights, Discounted and Specialty orders are non-returnable.
 Royal Blue is non-returnable.


Return Policies

These products are for privacy in your chain link fence. We will not take back or credit you if you have used them for

 animal containment. An aggressive animal such as a dog in a small confined area will eat through a chain link fence as well as slats. We don't recommend these for pet boarding

kennels unless you know the animal you are boarding is non-aggressive.

To Return a Product

* Call us first to see if it is returnable:     (218)-384-9392

* Only unopened boxes with the factory seal still intact will be accepted.
* Most of the shipping is included into the cost of the product; It is not refundable.
* The handling fee is not refundable.
* You need to pay for the return shipping charges.
* A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges.
* When we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and write you a check for the credit that is due you, minus the original shipping and handling charges plus the restocking fees.
